Tosha Toste brings a strong background in Recruitment Management to her role as Director of Operations at Sozo Integrative Health, where she blends strategic leadership with a passion for patient-centered care. With years of experience optimizing systems, managing teams, and streamlining processes, Tosha is committed to creating an environment where both staff and patients feel supported, seen, and valued. Her operational expertise and people-first mindset make her a key force in helping others thrive.
Outside of work, Tosha is a proud wife to Nick and mom to their spirited daughter Emersyn. She’s also a dedicated dog mom to Wrigley and Piper. Driven by compassion and personal experience, she founded *With Hope & Tiny Miracles*, a nonprofit that uplifts NICU families through heartfelt, handmade cards. Tosha finds balance in her life through early morning workouts, a steady stream of podcasts, and always having a good book on her nightstand.
