Since 2012, Castle Rock Chiropractor Dr. Joseph Schmitt has been passionate about providing the best in natural family health care, with a focus on prenatal and pediatric chiropractic. Now, we're expanding our services to offer a unique, multidisciplinary approach to whole-body health.

Dr. Joe and his wife, Lauren Schmitt, RN, own and operate Sozo Integrative Health. The two are a team in every way. They met in college and have been on a passionate mission ever since.

A life-changing experience with chiropractic care set the course for their life. They instinctively knew that they had to give what was given to them---HOPE.

Our ideal patient is someone who has the desire to be proactive in their health. We walk our talk. Along with our loving staff, we'll be with you every step of the way. Our job is to guide you toward newly re-discovered health and vitality. We specialize in restoring hope.

Dr. Joe collaborates professionally with the STAR Institute for Sensory Processing Disorder in Denver. The children that receive care using this two-pronged approach achieve outstanding results.

Our prenatal chiropractic program is second-to-none. We utilize the renowned Webster Technique to optimize pregnancy. Women who get adjusted during this time feel better, and usually experience less time in labor with fewer complications.

When you first visit our office, you'll be assigned a "new patient concierge." We want you to be able to form a strong connection with one of our staff right away. It's important to us that you know that you're valued and cherished.

We also use state-of-the-art diagnostic scan technology that's appropriate for every age. This technology is painless and non-invasive. Our adjustment techniques are gentle. No twisting and popping of the spine is required, so patients are relaxed and happy.

Dr. Joe's love for people and their health challenges have turned him into a warrior for natural health care. There was a time when he had to fight his way through his own health issues, which included back pain and sciatica, depression and excessive weight gain. He felt perhaps like you do right now. Hopeless. But he ended up in a chiropractor's office, and the rest is history.
